The staff were very helpful (and patient!). Breakfasts were great, and location near the escalators to the main square brilliant. Taxis came promptly when ordered via the desk.

Stayed for one night and it was a very welcoming hotel. Great breakfast with lots of choices and a well appointed room with fridge and tea kettle.
Bathroom had a great shower with hot water and great water pressure
Hotel was close to the bus and train stations and easy to get to old town by using the escalators which are a 2 minute walk. We had a rental car and a pay parking lot was a 5 minute walk (drop suitcases off at the drive up - check in and then park in the lot).
Very good for one night and would have been a great place for a longer stay. Highly recommend
