The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is in downtown but not too noisy. The pool, fitness centre, and breakfast were wonderful. Great value of money!

The hotel is very nice overall. It has lanna style architecture which is very nice. The room I had was large. Bed was fairly comfortable. The pool area was nice. The hotel gives you complementary snacks and drinks in your room and also has complementary snacks and water available in the lobby. The staff was friendly. The location was in a quiet area but walkable to the Night Bazar, bus terminal, Clock Tower, and is about a 20 minute Grab ride to major attractions around Chiang Rai. I thought the hotel was a good value.
Unfortunately when I got back to my room the first night there were "unwanted visitors" in the bathroom area and shower. I notified the staff and they moved me to another room which did not have any issues. I don't think this was a cleanliness issue as the room and facilities all seemed quite clean. Just something that needs a little more attention from an exterminator.
