Very clean, excellent pool, very central and friendly staff.
Breakfast was the only let down. Most of the cooked food was cold and ended up getting food from 7/11 on the last morning. Beds are firm if you aren’t into that. However, it was good and comfortable enough for me.

Location was good, close to main street, food options, 7Eleven. Rooms comfy. Had a pool, not heated, so gets a bit cool but great to cool down in. Buffet Breakfast included saily.
No laundry facilities onsite. But found a 24hour Laundromat 5 mins across the road.
Buffet breakfast had a limited choice and range, but good enough to keep everyone satisfied. Quality of food and service decent.

The rooms and swimming pool were great. The location was good too.
I emailed twice via booking.com and neither of my emails were replied to. Most of the time the receptionists were on their phones, which is probably why my email went unanswered. I appreciate that we have booked through a third party but the two other hotels we have booked in Thailand have communicated via booking.com.
One of my messages included my dietary requirements at the time of booking, but unfortunately I do not think this was read as I had limited options at breakfast. We had just arrived from another hotel where they went out of their way to help, cooking special meals to ensure I had something to eat.
When we were checking out there were people wearing masks going room to room spraying something on the floor - I have no idea whether they were pest control which may be a routine operation, but it was a bit of a shock when we were just about to leave.
Overall I think this is a good place to stay, however the previous hotel exceeded my expectations and Sann didn’t quite compare.

AC was broken in the room I got, they put me in another one with no view, 2 lizards and with an AC which didn’t cool at all, was sweating the whole night. When I told them about it, they did nothing - didn’t seem to care about it.
