Everything ,location , staff ,cleanliness ,service it’s is all incredibly well done the management and owners should be congratulated as this is how a first class hotel/resort should be run Also cannot help but mention the food which is just incredibly tasty and well done and presented beautifully I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great getaway as the pool and kids areas are just magnificent. We would not consider staying at any other place in Chiang Rai

Exceptional staff - especially the Blossom restaurant management, but everyone was wonderfully helpful, warm and attentive. The doormen, the kids club ladies, the front desk staff, the lifeguards, the cleaning staff, we appreciated everyone. Top class hotel, good variety of dining options and resort price markup not too crazy. Minimart onsite was reasonably priced. Most comfortable bed in Thailand. Gorgeous setting on the river. The hotel was so nice it was a destination in itself. Kids loved the waterpark and the kids club - parents can leave kids (no extra cost). Rooftop bar view was amazing. 7min walk from 7-11 and great cheap massages. Great coffee cart just outside the front gate.
