The host was the most welcoming.
It was a great vibe in there. They had a bar and club, music and DJ in night time which me and my daughter enjoyed alot. hot tube was working perfectly and amazing nature.
It was a bit dusty specially in bed area. But I am not a picky person so it was fine.

OK, lets get real with this.
Some of previous reviews were a cause for concern, however, I judge a book by it's cover, so.
1st and foremost, Daniel was super helpful, contacting few days before, answering questions I had and then provided perfect directions, instructions prior to arrival.
On arrival, we found our Pod, easily, it was toasty warm, clean and ready. Hot tub was on and at full temp.
We stayed the one night, as planned, the site was quiet, accessible and spacious.
The site is situated between 2 lazy rivers, in a country park and, is a lovely setting.
We didn't use the clubhouse, so cannot comment, but it seemed busy and wasn't loud or raucous. You can also see the start of some improvements that are ongoing.
Not a "Not" like but a few very minor tweaks that could make it even better.
Couple of hooks in the cabin for jackets and for towels.
A mirror, would be a nice addition.
Maybe blinds on all windows for additional privacy.
I cannot speak for others who have stayed and left reviews, but I speak as I find and as some have said, a few tweaks and it would make it even better.
Its far from 5 star, but it's much more than some would say. Go for it.

NA
when we arrived at the site the office was closed, nobody around, we called the contact number several times before we got any answer which told us to go to cabin 13, however we could not find cabin 13 as not all cabins numbered.. Found 2 people wondering around who were locked out of their cabin. they were also looking for help. Eventually found another mobile number, and a gent answered was not aware we were booked in and blamed booking.com for not informing him? he eventually directed us to a cabin, which was adequate however not quite as advertised, but did the job as only a base too sleep.
