The apartment was very well located, close to the old town yet with easy access to the beach, paseo, shopping, train station and eateries. It was spacious, tasteful and well appointed with a useful balcony. Nela, the host, was welcoming and very helpful. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped, as were the two main bedrooms.
Unfortunately, the lift wasn't yet complete or in operation. The four flights of stairs were a trial in the heat or with luggage/shopping. The main bedroom mattress was uncomfortable. The second shower was rather overzealous and often overflowed the tray.

El equipamiento del apartamento es espectacular. Electrodomésticos de alta gama, menaje super completo, no falta un detalle. La decoración es muy bonita y confortable, hace que te sientas como en tu propia casa. La anfitriona es un cielo, super detallista y amable.

El apartamento es precioso y enorme. Tiene tres habitaciones, dos cuartos de baño y un salón y cocina muy amplios, por lo que era perfecto para nuestra estancia. Además, tiene una ubicación inmejorable: está al lado de la playa y justo junto a las escaleras que suben al casco antiguo de Altea, lo que resulta súper cómodo para disfrutar de todo sin necesidad de coger el coche.
Pero, sin duda, uno de los mayores puntos a favor fue Nela. Fue un auténtico amor durante toda nuestra estancia: siempre simpática, atenta y dispuesta a ayudarnos. Nos ayudó con el parking, con el equipaje y con todo lo que necesitamos, haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera todavía mejor.
Sin duda, repetiríamos y recomendamos muchísimo este apartamento. ¡Gracias por todo, Nela!
Si tuviera que mencionar un pequeño inconveniente, serían las escaleras para acceder al apartamento. De todas formas, esto será algo temporal, ya que próximamente habrá un ascensor. Además, Nela está haciendo todo lo posible para que esté instalado lo antes posible, así que estamos seguros de que pronto dejará de ser un inconveniente.

La ubicación con respecto a la playa y al casco antiguo del pueblo es ideal.
Nela fue muy amable y atenta. Nos explicó todo lo que había de saber del pueblo y nos ayudó a aparcar (los martes hay un mercadillo en el sitio recomendado para aparcar). Recomendado 100%
