Room 15 has the best view! It has balcony, perfect for a morning coffee and sunrise. The location of the hostal vouldn’t be better. The street is calm and you can park on the road next to the hostal. The kitchen is shared, but clean, cozy. The owners are super nice and respond quickly.

Easy check in. Once I arrived called whatsApp number and spoke to the guy and he sent my keylock info through the booking.com App. Spotlessly clean, I saw the cleaner on a daily basis, she was very approachable and helpful to me. Location to the beach, restaurants and shops less than 2 mins walk. As a single elderly female traveller I felt safe and secure in the accommodation. I booked a budget double which was a perfect size for my needs. WiFi was strong enough to watch a Movie. I would highly recommend it.

Fabulous view, easy Parking.
We booked originally three day stay ,overthree months ago ,within five minutes we changed dates and only booked for two nights. Next thing I was surprised to find my bank account has been drained and charged fully for both bookings even though we had a date to cancel for free in the future. when I complained to booking.com,I found out this is normal for a few properties on Booking.com and the refund should come within a week. It took seven weeks to get my money back and I lost money on the conversion., obviously I nad written to Hostal Noray many times via booking. Com and received no answers. Having recently stayed there, we found out the whole place is totally automated no human reception, A few days before our stay we were bombarded with endless useless emails non-stop about checking in and the rules of arrival, 20 minutes before the 3 o’clock check in we were sent a code to get into our room and the hostel. Sadly both our phones had died by this time of battery so no use to us! having found one number to Phone on the last dregs of our battery ,only to get no answer ,eventually we found hostel I had another number that worked. The owner told us the code to get in, we are not very happy with places like this that don’t have reception and totally automated with keyholders and numbers needed to enter the room.
