The gardens were magnificent and well maintained. It’s very small scale with a handful of rooms and little huts, so very nice and peaceful. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food was varied, and freshly made. A live band and/or singing was present in the outside bar area most evenings
They work with an external tour company to provide a lot of great days or activities. But they were on the expensive side with no clear added value for that kind of high price

It was cute and beautiful
They did not allow us to do the early checkin which I can understand but when we left for pour excursion at 7:00 am they said they were putting our bags in our room! It really shocked me us because we had to sleep in the coach. Usually hotels can allow and early checkin or ask you to pay a decent amount but they wanted us to pay for a full night.
Another thing also happened! When we wanted to enjoy the beds up to three workers of the hotel came and asked us if we were staying at the hotel but I did not see the other foreigners being asked the question multiple times. Maybe it’s a policy of the hotel but that was annoying
