Exceptional

Best what you can get in the area, fantastic choice of wines in the restaurant, good minibar in the room, a lot of sun beds, very nice pool. Staff happy to help, there are a lot of service personnel, never felt crowded or left without attention though the resort was fully booked. Very nice scenery and garden in the hotel, beach cottage is very nice and unusual to live in with great view of the ocean

Like in Zanzibar, the beach is not private and everyone wants to sell you everything, “No buy” is the best answer, but there are tens of local people wandering around and waiting for you to come out of the hotel area to the beach. So if you want to have the privacy, go to Sands island hotel nearby instead Security personnel asking for tips for nothing Safe box opening to 000000 code for everyone despite the code you set by yourself

Nice place

Good stuff and environment. Close to the beach beautiful sea view. My twins love this place very much. Teppanyki is the recommended food in this hotel。

We had a blissful, quiet, relaxing, and extremely enjoyable stay.

The location is exceptional, with direct, unrestricted access to Diani Beach. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was remarkable for its choice and quality of food. The staff were the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness.

One of the two types of point of sale machine for credit card payment was not reliable, but the staff were quick to remedy this.

I think that there should be more handrails for the steps. Even going down to the beach, the steps should have hand rails.

the location was great

for a 5 star resort I expected much more. the bed was HARD felt like I was sleeping on the floor and the food was horrible.

coming back for sure !

It’s great! waking up with amazing ocean view, everyone was so nice and eager to help. Rooms and facilities were always very clean. Food was probably the best food you can imagine.

Ok but which we hadn't stayed so long. It was so unexceptional windy and sea fought so no PBing

The breakfast was excellent. Evening meal ok. It was always the same. Never a catch of the day for instance.

It was so annoying not to be able to open our balcony doors which faced a lovely tropical garden because of the monkeys. So you always had to have the very noisy air conditioning on. Never any fresh air. Perhaps you could have mesh doors as well so you can get some natural air and hear the birds etc. They were also very annoying round the pool. We love wild life and went on safari later which was magic.

Very nice stay, but overpriced

Great location, quiet place, on-site restaurant. Very nice and well-kept hotel premises.

Lack of personal touch - especially with such a high price. Overpriced transportation costs. Food at the restaurant was ok, but nothing special.

Highly recommended!!

We stayed here for a few nights and received outstanding service from the staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable while the amenities are well maintained. And the restaurants on site serve delicious food. Whilst a bit on the pricier side, it’s worth every penny you spend. Paradise!!!

Magical...the best spot on the beach - amazing beach - amazing views - amazing staff

Amazing breakfast - NOT buffet which makes a nice change as there are no lingering smells of eggs and things being fried. A fantastic view while you eat breakfast...simply the best

The swimming pool is not ideal if you're a swimmer...I kept going round and round...but then again one could swim in the sea. Also, they do scuba courses in the pool so if it's busy one can't really swim

Would visit again and highly recommend.

Great location and my room was just spectacular. The staff were nice and friendly, and very helpful. Great place for a solo traveler as well, lots of activities and the beach bar was a highlight!

More local options on the menu would be good. The menu was mostly western, would be nice to have some local cuisine available, especially for local tourists.

wonderful stay in a beach paradise

perfect location . Riley the guest relations manager was really helpful . we had a problem with bugs in our room due to the rain and he moved us to a new room the next day , which was great. The restaurant was fab and the spa was fantastic. the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Maya who works in the restaurant was amazing:)

Nice pool, lovely decorations, good minibar, great breakfast, nice beach.

There are no sockets to plug your laptop near the pool, restaurant and beach, weird for a place called nomad. Not a friendly place for visitors.
