The property was perfect for my solo trip to San Diego. Wasn’t too far from anything. Was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Definitely recommend it
The walls are a lil thin you can here others in their room but it’s no overwhelming and everyone for the most part was respectful of the quiet hours

Il monolocale era funzionale e ben curato
Zona un po' degradata con presenza di soggetti poco rassicuranti. Inoltre sopra di noi purtroppo alloggiavano ospiti poco educati che buttavano cicche di sigarette sul balcone e camminavano pesantemente sul pavimento provocando rumori fastidiosi

Mainly the location for me it was walking distance to Little Italy and my room was opposite a parkland and super thick sliding glass door to block out any air plane noise
I was amazed the bed comfy pillows lovely slept so good and affordable Sam the care taker was excellent he helped me with bags to my room and when I left answered any questions such a approachable kind man

Location was close to freeway that we used. Balcony was nice.
Very noisy, bed was tiny and uncomfortable, there was construction or some horrible noises coming from the unit next to us, and room was stuffy. Keep moving or construction away from rented rooms.
