The location is good - less than 10 minutes walk from the station, and around 15 minutes into the centre of town and the port.
The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, with excellent aircon which was needed given the outside heat!
The balcony was good and offers sea views. The electric shutters were a nice bonus and quiet to use.
Check in was easy and we liked the key code system so there's no worry about losing the key.
We would stay again when we return to Sorrento.
Only a minor point, but breakfast choice was limited to a pastry/croissant and coffee in a cafe at the top of the road. The cafe allows you to sit on or you can take away.

It was clean, the check-in and keyless system was very easy and convenient.

Location, shower, cleanliness.
The type of mattress was extremely hot to sleep on.
The bedside tables were unstable.
No drinking glasses provided, just 2 plastic wine glasses.
Breakfast was a croissant and a coffee served in a newsagent.
