Couldn’t have imagined a more perfect hotel for our stay in Vienna. A sensory and hospitality experience like no other. The staff is outstanding and one of the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve came across during my various stays in Austria, the breakfast was delicious, and our room was amaaaazing. Special thank you to Danjia, Tino, Mersa, Milja, and Emilian for making our stay so memorable. BONUS info: no room charge fees, check out is at noon (wow), and they give you a bottle of wine upon arrival. Truly in awe of this place!
The only thing I would possibly change is perhaps having a coffee machine in the room :-)

The history of the property had a bohemian fairy tail. The grand building was well kept and full of character!!
The split level for the lift posed a small challenge for our pram. We would have also benefited from a small fridge in the room, but these small elements were not impactful on how much we loved the space.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Very nicely and thoughtfully decorated and the hotel staff were super helpful.
I don’t think I got the room I saw in the pictures. The category of the room was consistent with what I had booked but the room did not match the pictures that I saw in the bookings app. Which felt disappointing

Stylish room and closely located to the U3 metro station.
You could not charge or use sockets unless the main light in the room was on. This is really poor as phones couldnt be charged which is important for flight ticket and using maps during the day, really annoying and added stress where there shouldn't be.
