The view of the ocean from the balcony was fantastic, better than walking on the beach
The Dish TV intermittently went off an on but overall worked most of the time.

The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The view is amazing. The unit seemed clean although very dated.
The unit is okay but the kitchen is less than desirable. The pots and pans are teflon coated. Nobody should cook with those anymore (carcinogenic) The cabinets are falling apart. The kitchen sink is falling apart. I have never rented anything anywhere that charged a fee to check in early (assuming the unit is ready).

The view was great, the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishware, cookware, coffee filters (but bring your own coffee), cooking spray, salt and pepper which was very nice.
The bed in the bedroom was extremely soft. I made up the wall bed and slept on it. It was better but still not great.
The furniture (Especially the fabric covered furniture like the couch and living room chairs) and carpet are old, outdated and need to be replaced.
