location is great. the gardens and pool area are very beautiful.
I always stay there. security guards are always very kind. very pleasent place. big rooms. close to palomino and other tourist spots.
they refused to cal a taxi for us and recommended walking to in road in scorching hot weather, but it was far. the on site manager is not a very kind or intelligent person for that same reason.

The rooms at the hotel are depressing small concrete rooms without any windows. The bungalows are however lovely. The breakfast is also quite good as is the food for dinner if you order it.
My main comment is that the room was vastly overpriced. I would have expected that level of stay for that price at home, not in Colombia.

The restaurant was amazing, you can find a good selection of food, fresh and delicious.
The greenery and animals in the property were quite charming.
The location is not good. I would not recommend to stay here if you don’t have a rental car.
You are around 20-25 min away from the beach by foot. But the roads are in a very poor condition, which means a lot of mud and you will likely get quite dirty.
We were first in a bungalow and it was nice and spacious, we moved to another room and that one was not in a proper condition, it was full of mold and smelling unpleasant.
