El trato ha sido inmejorable! Increíble estada. Repetiríamos sin pensarlo. Super atentos y serviciales. Nos han ayudado en todo. Y nos enamoró Mini! La habitación muy cómoda, hemos dormido como niños.

Tiene unas buenas instalaciones alejadas de la concentración de gente cerca del parque natural.
El desayuno y la cena son correctos, pero podrían mejorar.
La asistencia por parte de algún miembro del personal no fue como nos hubiera gustado. Al no hablar inglés, la comunicación se hace complicada y da pie a malentendidos .

First of all, I would like to mention the people who cared about us during our stay in this magnificent place 🫡 They helped us to plan our journey, so we don’t miss anything and responded 24/7.
Secondly, the location was great in a calm and quite place. At the same time, it took approximately ten minutes with a taxi to the Eastern Park Entrance.
The hotel itself is stylish and comfortable. The room was spacious with all necessary stuff provided.
I would definitely recommend to stay here for everyone planning a trip to Zhangjiajie 🙏

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers
Als wir abends nach einem langen Tag ankamen und eincheckten, war das Zimmer eisig kalt. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht vernünftig, wodurch wir das Zimmer nicht aufgeheizt bekommen haben. Wir mussten in Pullover schlafen, da das Zimmer nicht warm wurde. Am nächsten Tag das selbe Spielchen. Man versicherte uns, alles funktioniert. Leider nein und wir froren im Zimmer.
Wir haben uns per Wechat zum Frühstück für den nächsten Tag angemeldet und dies wurde auch bestätigt. Als wir zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt kamen, war schon alles abgeräumt und man guckte uns verwundert an und es wurde verlegen gelacht. Man hatte uns wohl vergessen. Darauf hin gab ich ein wenig zusammen gewürfelte Reste.
Am Ende sind wir nach 2 von 4 Nächten abgereist, man kam uns aber mit einer Rückerstattung entgegen.
