A hidden gem.. loved it from the moment I got there.
It was cozy.. everything you needed.

This is the perfect back to basics solo retreat, very cleverly equipped for its size for a comfortable stay.
But the highlight is most definitely the breakfasts! Bernie packs it carefully in kilner jars, snug in a thermal bag within a wicker picnic basket! It's so cute and quaint and ample!
There is are walks on the doorstep and Ledbury and Great Malvern are just a short drive away.
On the site there are chickens and guinea fowl near the lodge to keep you company and during the night you can hear the owls, it's really calming.
There is a portable chemical toilet which I was fine with having used them when camping but for those not familiar with it, you can text Bernie or ask her to explain everything.
I was left alone and not disturbed, which is exactly what I wanted and I wouldn't hesitate to book this again for a breather when things get a bit much.

This was the perfect spot for some R & R - the accommodation was fantastic, I can't get over how many home comforts were fitted into such a small space. The breakfast was excellent, and having it delivered in a hamper was a lovely touch. The optional evening meals were great too. I will certainly be returning!

I stayed a couple of years ago and was looking forward to coming back - it was as fantastic as I remembered
Nothing I can think of - from the animals to the beautiful cosy room. My kind of place
