Cleaning
Near to a construction site which makes it noisy in weekdays. So not good if you want to wake up in late mornings

Beautifully clean and comfortable villa, extremely close to the wonderful Bussleton beach. Perfect for 2 families or friends to spend time together.
Great to have the use of the communal pool and games room.
Reassuring to have people at the other end of an email/text message to answer any questions.
Unfortunately the property didn’t have its own BBQ (however there were a couple of community BBQ’s by the pool.) While this is definitely a first world problem, we would just have preferred and found it more convenient to cook in the privacy of our own place.
There was a kayak at the property that we were told we could use but unfortunately there was no paddle.
Only room for one car on the driveway, though alternative parking away from the villa was provided.
Not the property’s fault but they are building more houses right next to this property and so we were woken each morning with drilling, banging and sawing.

Nice house, near beach and pool
The fact that it was right next to a building site which wasn’t mentioned in the particulars, and that it was dirty hadn’t been prepared for our arrival unmade beds rubbish on the work surface
