The front area by the front door ; ceiliing areas where full of webs and insects plus windows were all dirty could be cleaned a little better and the garden tidying up

bindi bindi in the lawn back lawn very dry and dead in places broken bbq door lights under patio fell down and smashed rugs in living room were not in a good state, not suitable for very young children and should be replaced no bin bags ran out of toilet paper

Great location and a very spacious home. Suitable for a family, with a secure back yard, a park just around the corner, and a fantastic little playroom for the children with lots of games and toys. The property was exceptionally clean, with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including ducted air-conditioning for the summer and a wood fire for winter. We loved the close proximity to the shopping centre, beach and Amelia Park Lodge.

Whilst we were there, it was very windy and the wind 'whistled' through the gaps of the kitchen door leading into the garage.
