Abbey Beachviews is located in old Abbey, right on the beach!
Old Abbey is one of the City of Busselton's most highly desired areas, boasting pristine white beach sands, peppermint tree park scapes and the calm turquoise waters of Geographe Bay. Fishing, Skiing or sun-baking, you name it, the local boat ramp is literally just a minute away, and in the summer months try a direct mooring right out the front of your house, with a private mooring available for guests with pre-booking. .
This property is 2 stories, with a balcony over looking the ocean with uninterrupted views, for you to sit a relax.
With a newly renovated bathroom, and new upstairs powder room and freshly painted throughout with upgrades, this property is very comfortable for your holiday stay.
The yard is massive! And fully enclosed, plenty of space for your family of all kinds to enjoy.
Property has 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds and 2 bunks - will sleep 8 guests very comfortably.
All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.
Additional Amenities: There is a mooring buoy available for boaties close to GBR 568, accessible upon agreement. Generally, it is suitable only for small motor crafts. For more details, feel free to message us.

Pets are welcome, they must be cleaned up after including fur or fees will apply.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. If Security has been paid by pre-authorisation, the transaction will not appear in your bank statement as it is a hold only.
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

Loved our stay here, great location and beautiful fully enclosed yard for dogs.The space is a bit small, if you had more than 4 people staying it would feel very cramped in the upstairs dining/kitchen area and you would probably need to eat outdoors in the backyard.The management process is not as simple as many Stayz properties and the communication is over multiple platforms (Stayz, email, management company’s App, text) and they give slightly different instructions on different platforms, which is frustrating.

We parked our car behind the gates but the bore watering the lawn came on two consecutive nights and showered my car with brackish bore water. Not Happy!!!
The property was adequate for the price although the tv/dvd remotes didn't work and we could only get the TV to work using the on screen controls. There were no instruction books for them.
