Set in a quiet street in Broadwater, Holiday on Lorikeet is a welcoming and budget-friendly holiday home, perfect for families looking for space, comfort, and a relaxed coastal escape.
This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed with families in mind:
Master bedroom with King bed and private ensuite
Bedroom 2 with queen bed
Bedroom 3 with double bed
Bedroom 4 with a tri-bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) – ideal for kids
The family bathroom includes a combined shower and bath, making it practical for younger guests.
There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, a small games nook with foosball table, and an extra living/play area for the kids.
Outdoors, enjoy a large green backyard with space for the kids to run and play, a patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ, and convenient side gate access.

- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.

Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious home with a fully enclosed back yard with plenty of room for our son and dog to run around. Loved the walking path just down the road leading to parks for our little advetures. Property was clean and tidy. Thank you.

Email mentioned I would receive check in details 48 hours prior to check in but I had to call on the day twice to get any info about check in. House was clean however there were lots of spiders and spider webs we had to brush down ourselves. We enjoyed the amenities and the toiletries and the back yard was nice and spacious for pets to run around.
