This two story beachside home provides the ultimate family holiday space or romantic getaway.

Perfectly located just 60m from the beach and minutes drive from the iconic Busselton Jetty, this is more than a beach house, it is a coastal sanctuary.

There is a private gate to a pathway that leads directly to the beach, turning Geographe Bay into the backdrop of your daily life. Whether it is a sunrise swim or a slow sunset wander, this location truly is a perpetual holiday.

The interior of the home is grand but effortlessly functional. A generous, light filled entry welcomes guests into a home where every detail has been considered.

The Mega kitchen serves as the home's functional heart. With its sprawling space and storage, built to anchor the grandest of celebrations and flows naturally into the enclosed alfresco area. Fully protected from the elements and featuring an outdoor kitchen, it is a true all year entertainment room.

The fully enclosed backyard is minimalist but offers enough practical space for kids to play, or the family dog. (Pet by request only - please make contact with us first before booking if you intend to bring a dog).

Still on the bottom level there are 3 bedrooms: 2 x spacious King size rooms and the third having 2 x king single beds. A main bathroom with separate toilet, laundry room with another separate toilet and a powder room also available off the garage.

The upper level is a self-contained sanctuary of serious "wow" factor. The spacious living area and kitchen feature ocean glimpses & access out to the private balcony with sea breezes and an ocean view. Enjoy a stunning sunset before retiring back inside to the master King suite of impressive proportions, which features a spacious ensuite bathroom, separate toilet and gigantic walk-in robe.

Parking for 2 cars is available in the double garage and plenty of room for a boat or 2 extra vehicles in the driveways. There is a boat ramp nearby (Dolphin Road). Corner shops, drive-thru bottle-shop & coffee are only a short bike ride away.

Please note:

- This is a NOT a party house. The property is closely flanked by neighbors who are all permanent residents and therefore cannot have their quiet enjoyment of their own home disrupted by holiday makers. Please do not book this home if you feel that your group may not be able to adhere to this.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Pet Friendly, however please advise in your initial enquiry if you intend for your dog to come as this requires permission. Strictly outside pets only. There are also strict guidelines in place for pets in Holiday Homes. They cannot be left unattended at the property at any time.

- The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left respectfully tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)
