About this house rental
Relax with your friends and family in this 4x2 tranquil home that presents everything one could want to ensure you have the best down south getaway. Offering a below ground salt water pool, large outdoor entertaining areas perfect for summer BBQS, or a great place to unwind and read your favorite book while the kids enjoy a swim. Indoor slow combustion fire for that cosy winter feel, 2 living rooms, ceiling fans in each bedroom and reverse cycle AC in the main living room.
HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

Lovely house. Worked so well as a base for our family for our daughter’s wedding.Spacious inside, can easily isolate the front of the house for down time and the outside area is lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable so thankyou!!! The kitchenware was new and clean and so was the house. Very well thought out amenities. The only critique was the lounge...it was pretty uncomfortable Great bonus pool being heated. Thanks for having us

A group of friends and I stayed here for the Busselton Jetty Swim. Really lovely house, plenty of space, nice and clean with a great pool. House was well equipped and in a good location only a 5 min drive from the centre of Busselton. Would definitely stay again.
