Like the large back yard for the dog to run and play.

there was a lot of items that NEEDED attention. (Mattress badly stained)(dining chairs not strong enough, legs started to bend) (air con was not able to use heat mode, forcing the use of the wood heater)(pool table was broken) (front room blinds damaged) All in all. Place looked good at first glance but really lacked proper maintenance.
