The hotel room.
The buffet breakfast wasn't great.
I'm celiac. The selection was awful. Bread and stale biscuits and squashed choc muffins and some strange blue powder. Clear labelling is essential.
Move the fresh honey somewhere else. The area for gf can get cross contaminated when people go for the honey.

The location. Spacious and warm room.
The Royal program is not worth the additional cost. The benefits offered do not justify the price difference, and the overall experience is not meaningfully elevated.
In addition, while the staff members are friendly and well-intentioned, the level of professionalism is inconsistent. The fineness and sophistication in client interaction do not align with the hotel’s stated category, resulting in service that feels informal.
A remark in the infrastructure: the elevator in the Royal rooms building need replacement, the interior walls are falling off and the door is malfunctioning.
