The accessibility of the hotel was amazing as we have a son in a wheelchair. Hydraulic seat to access thr pool was such a game changer. Staff so friendly and accomodating. Was able to order extra medical equipment prior to arrival by contacting the hotel.

Our room was upgraded to one of the newly renovated rooms with roof top terrace. It was amazing.
Only the light sensor in the shower went off too quickly.

I have been to Lanzarote for many y years now and I can’t believe I have walked passed this complex will def return again as tit ticks all the boxes
How clean it was from the front door in to the pool area and all the way to the garden apt spotless and to the cleaning of the apt as well nothing was a bother

Accessible room and good location
Reception staff rude and unpoltite and the cleaner was not good at all . Did not sweep or mop the place for 2 weeks.
