Hotel was very clean, most of the staff were happy. Emily stood out, always busy , on the go with a smile. Ruben was a superstar also trying to get everyone involved! Food was OK, what I expected in reflection to what I paid. Shop was close by.
AC was great, worked in our room.
Needs a few more sunbeds with umbrellas. Evening entertainment was a bit boring, needs looking at! Small cups for drinks, got fed up with all the trips to the bar as you had to rent the cups and not allowed to use your own!!!!
Needs Music round the pool!!! Just something in the back ground.

The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was also very clean and well maintained.
There were not enough sunbeds around the pool, and many guests were reserving them with towels before 9am, which made it difficult to get a sunbed unless you got up very early. I ended up paying an additional €18 to use a balcony area so that I could have access to a sunbed.
Unfortunately, my room also had no view at all. There was no balcony, and although there was a terrace area, there was nowhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine, which was disappointing, particularly when travelling somewhere for a sunny holiday.
