We loved our stay, it was clean, comfortable and location was great.

It was very clean and well equipped with nice views.

Overall, stay was nice - good location overall - placed felt clean

Good location - very central and within reasonable walking distance to popular spots

The view......unfortunately the alley just off the balcony is quite rough with homelessness and late night activities happening at all minutes of the day.

Convenient cosy apartment in the heart of the downtown action.

The property is conveniently located, the parking was great- spot was right by elevator access, communications with management company was prompt and helpful, there were plenty of supplies provided.

If you are not used to downtown living you might find it a bit exposed to neighbouring office building ( not like a residential area) and you may need earplugs for the traffic and nightlife. But the convenience of having an apartment and parking right downtown was important for our needs and we appreciated the amenities.

Clean and great location but big city noise on weekends.

Very clean apt and comfortable main bed with lots of extra pillows and blankets if needed. Well equipped with pots pans, and essential cooking basics like oil, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Convenient to walk to almost all of the major attractions.

The apartment can be very noisy and luckily there is a noise machine to help drown out some of the noise but Friday and Saturday nights were extremely loud. The pull out couch was not very comfortable.

The correspondence with the property manager ViVi and plenty of towels.

The location is very noisy. Not only there is unavoidable construction during the day, but also that the rowdy disturbance on Granville Street that last two 3AM, and constant ambulance sirens… The place overall also needs better care. There is leaking at the washroom door frame that dripped water constantly during our stay.
