Central but quiet location. Large rooms, comfy beds and very helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty, too. The rooms were very clean and the shower hot. Staff were so helpful with helping us find a guide and giving us water and juice after we coming back from Macchu Pichu even though we had checked out. We stored our baggage in a cupboard by reception while we were on the trail.
All was very good.

Clean and nice room, located in the city centre.
Heater was managed by staff and was on only few hours. Breakfast should start earlier to allow people going to Machu Picchu to do it before living. Quite expensive vs offered service.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location was good being off the main street but very close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu. Breakfast was good for the price of the room.
The smoke alarms had been disabled even though a candle was supplied in the room? Some of the automatic security lights on the stairs didn’t work making it hard to go down safely. We had a corner room but some rooms do have windows opening on to the main corridor which was a bit strange. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Local bar plays music until midnight. It’s not right next to the hotel but you can still hear it.

Amazing location.
Bed was super comfortable.
Staff were amazing, they came with a name board to pick you from the train station.
Breakfast was excellent, we didn't have enough time to eat as we had to run to machu Pichu bus pickup
The location is perfect nearby to everything.
They had even kept 2 water bottles which was surprising as we never found this gesture anywhere in peru.
Hardly anything. Kettle could've been nice to get hot water. But anyway in the reception they've a thermoflask with hot water.
