La maison est très bien équipée, très propre, très calme et proche de tout . Accueil avec un petit déjeuner très complet dans le site réfrigérateur.La propreté est incroyable..
Le style de la maison est très traditionnel mais on le savait et ce n est que pour les vacances .

Stayed here with my family. The location was perfect, probably about 150 m from the beach, & a nice bar at the end of the road. There was always somewhere very close by to park the car. Catalina was always very helpful via WhatsApp. The villa is about a 15 minute walk to the centre which we enjoyed. Lovely welcome pack including bread, wine, milk butter, jam etc. The accommodation was spotless & very well equipped with everything you will need for a family holiday.
We didn't like the pillows very much!

The villa is in the most perfect location - you simply could not get better. The pool is such a treat as it was very hot when we were there, even though the beach is a 1 min walk away. Great access to shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is immaculate - totally spotless. Great communication with Catalina, the host, via WhatsApp. Catalina was very helpful with information about which buses and bus stops we needed for the villa. The welcome gifts of milk, bread, butter, marmalade, coffee, teabags, beer and wine were a lovely touch :) We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
It would have been useful to have a few basic cooking essentials eg salt, pepper, oil. And also a spare binbag. A welcome pack would have been super helpful with a map, information on buses and bus stops, what to do with recycling rubbish etc - but this is a small thing.

This villa’s location is amazing and I would come back here to stay again. It is just 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins to the local convenience stores, and 7 mins to the nearest bus station (which we used plenty to travel around North of Mallorca). The villa itself is extremely clean and has plenty of space. We also used the outdoor dining tables and pool plenty during our stay. There was plenty of towels and extra bedding, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately we had issues with check in, the agent had reached out to us before the stay to confirm our check in date and we had confirmed on email and in the app. However the host still did not have our check in date correctly and did not have the key available in the lockbox/ and villa was not prepped for our stay. Had tried calling the host several times but did not pick up. We were lucky the cleaners next door were present and also had contact details for the host so they could help reach out and contact the host for us. Would advise messaging the host directly for check in date ahead of time (via text) because despite me messaging twice with the agent, the message clearly never reached the host themself. This delayed the check in by about 3 hours, and resulted in some very tired children.
