1) Posizione buona per le mie esigenze
2) Disponibilità del gestore. Peccato che non ci sia di persona.
3) Buona pulizia
4) Buon funzionamento del condizionatore
5) Letto e materasso OK
6) Illuminazione insufficiente, specialmente zona armadio.

decent sized rooms and bathroom, working mini fridge, close to marconi metro, working AC
I cannot comment on the breakfast as we always left before it opened (8am it was advertised) but the host mentioned that the breakfast room and adjoining terrace was always open
no housekeeping, no lifts so struggled with getting up and down the steps, bit noisy in the night with the cars going past, bed broke on the first day but apart from the first day at check-in I didn't see a single soul. Front desk was always empty and they just have cctv as security. I did notice that the water coming from the shower was a bit harsh, instead of relaxing after a long day walking in the hot Italian sun, it felt like I was caeser himself during the ides of march.
