El apartamento está situado en una tercera planta sin ascensor, en pleno centro de Barrio Alto, una zona con muchísimo ambiente nocturno y una gran variedad de bares y restaurantes.
Elegí una habitación individual, que estaba limpia, era luminosa, minimalista, sin grandes lujos y agradable. El baño es compartido, pero también estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado.
Al estar en una de las zonas con más vida nocturna, por la noche se escucha bastante ruido de la calle si quieres tener la ventana abierta, algo a tener en cuenta si tienes el sueño ligero. Aun así, la ubicación es perfecta si quieres disfrutar del ambiente y estar en una zona muy céntrica.
En general, una buena opción por ubicación, limpieza y relación calidad-precio.
Por la noche hay bastante ruido de la calle, algo normal teniendo en cuenta que estás en pleno Barrio Alto. Si cierras la ventana para evitarlo, el ventilador de la habitación resulta bastante ruidoso y, al menos para mí, insuficiente para refrescar bien.
También me resultó un poco incómodo que mi habitación estuviera separada del resto. Tenía un código para entrar en la habitación y otro diferente para acceder a la zona común y al baño, así que cada vez que iba al baño tenía que estar pendiente de los dos códigos.

Eigenares communiceert vriendelijk via WhatsApp. Vroeger check in was ook mogelijk waarvoor in zeer dankbaar ben. Lokatie is geografisch goed gelegen voor wie goed te been is. Het is een drukke en lawaaierige buurt tot 2uur s' nachts. Maar door de drukte, er is ook een bepaalde sociale controle, ik voelde me niet onveilig.
Waterkoker en koelkast zijn in een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, niet in de kamer zoals het in beschrijving staat.

The location is good because is in the city center, you can easily achieve monuments, palace, metro and bus tram station, restaurant and bars. Fair price for a small single bedroom with shares bathroom.
However, in the night it's impossible to sleep because of the noises coming from the street. You have to shut down the window to lower the noises. The common bathroom wasn't very clean :(
