We liked the hot pools - a choice of 3 different temperatures, but somewhat difficult to get into the water for elderly people like us, and the next morning we found the hot pool had gone COLD! Brr!
The lady on reception was very friendly, but she couldn't get the TV to work properly - neither the one in the lounge nor the one in the bedroom.
The bed was large and comfy.
We could not get TV programs on either of the two TVs and the lady on reception tried, but couldn't help. She said her daughter might know, but she never fetched her. It was all very digital, showing Netflix etc., which is not what customers of our age wish to watch!
So we decided to go to bed very early and read our books. The bedside lights did not work. Well, one did for about 20 mins, then went out. They seemed to be on batteries and there was no way to recharge them. Very annoying!
The towel rail in the bathroom was broken and there was nowhere else to hang used towels - an annoyance when using the bathroom.
