Nice studio unit out in the country but still close to Te Awamutu and Hamilton. Is on a main road but noise was minimal really. Good breakfast and lovely little treats. Would recommend and stay again!

Rob and Ian were incredibly welcoming and made sure we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. They checked in to make sure we were okay and let us know to reach out if we needed anything.
The bedroom and ensuite were immaculate and beautifully clean. Everything we needed was provided, and we really appreciated the fresh towels and the cereal, yummy bread and milk being replenished for breakfast the next day also yummy chocolate treats.
The shower had great water pressure, and the folder with instructions and recommendations for places to visit was a thoughtful touch. The recliner chairs were so comfortable—I honestly wish I had some at home!
We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The surrounding gardens were beautiful, peaceful, and the fresh air was a huge bonus. A wonderful place to stay with fantastic hosts. We would happily stay again!
That we had to leave 🙂 but we will be back!
