The food was amazing. In general, the facilities are spectacular. Most of the staff were really nice to us. Theres a ton of great activities to do and all you can think of is "I wish I had more time to do them all".
Services are amazing but the hotel is definitely a little overpriced. Staff were amazing but they didn't stop rubbing in our faces the fact that we had "only paid for their "DREAMS" rate", which was not the all inclusive rate. At some point we were like "yeah we get it, you dont have to remember us about it every time we're booking a massage or just having a beer at the bar".
Still great and would stay again.

The location was beautiful and peacefull, with outstanding breakfasts and great spa.
Organized expeditions by the Hotel were great to contemplate the fabulous sights. Only remember to carry a professional wind cutting last layer, and warm clothes underneath, when you go high up the mountain (on a comfortable road trip - because you start already in a high position that San Pedro has of 2200 meters).
Staff was smart, helpfull, professional, and very nice, ¿what else can you expect?
A small detail, that it would be helpfull to have more drawers under table tops in the room.

The staff were incredible, everyone so lovely. The rooms were very clean with great facilities. Location was stunning. Cocktails were wonderful :)
We were told we were not allowed to use the spa facilities unless we booked a treatment which is not clear in description. We’re hardly able to use the outdoor pool as they shut at 6pm which is difficult when you’re out all day. Used once, but was absolutely full of ants so had to get out. Whilst the other bits of the hotel was great, I would say not value for money at over $500 a night and would not book again.
