Cosy room with all amenities that I needed

Quick easy check in Cosy room with all amenities - hair dryer, iron and ironing board!

No parking .. have to pay Shower took a while to heat up

Clean, spacious room a short walk from Rochester

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location not too bad - a 10-15 minute walk into Rochester town.

If I were to stay in Rochester again, I would stay on the other side of the river - in bad weather, the location of this hotel is just too far from the action. Also reception doesn’t open until 1pm, so couldn’t drop bags before this time.

Great stay

3 minutes from the station , room In perfect state, no interruptions at night, everything's working and wi-fi's included with breakfast even though I didn't have time to have breakfast, the TV had YouTube netflix and Amazon video so convenient and the design is beautiful alongside with the convenience of having usb ports for people who don't carry adapters like me and the bed was so comfortable

Convenient location but nothing more - be warned that there's no lift

The location was very good for what we needed and close to the rail station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Got a top floor room and there's no lift which is exhausting when carrying bags. The shower took ages to heat up. The double bed was small. I hit my head on the wall a few times as it was at an angle.

Exceptional

It was clear both rooms have been maintained to a very high standard. The bathroom had high quality aqua panels, so more hygienic that grout and tiles. We booked two rooms at short notice after a different hotel let us down The friendly staff arranged for us to be accommodated on the same floor, which enabled 3 generations to socialise between the two rooms with ease. Both rooms had plenty of plug and USB sockets to keep all the electronic devices charged. Although we drove by car, the hotel is ideally situated close to the train station.making it an ideal choice for those travelling by public transport.

Nothing bad to say. We will be happy to stay here again!

Decent hotel for a short stay

Good size rooms, comfortable beds, close to the Rochester centre and castle/cathedral and rail station Staff was friendly. Decent hotel to stay for a few nights and I would stay again if in area.

Very hot room, air fan would've been lovely. A few cleanliness issues, spillage stain on the wall under the window, must have been missed when cleaning the room as it was covered with the curtain and we only noticed when we tried to get some more fresh air in.

Nice place near the town centre

The location was close to the town centre, also close to public transport (buses, train station etc). And I must add that the staff member at the reception desk is very welcoming.

The housekeeper could of knocked on the door before entering my room. Not entirely his fault, he must of though the room was empty and thought he'd tidy the room while I was out. When he entered the room, he saw me sitting on the bed and he apologies so it wasn't a big deal.

Cosy little stay!

The room was really clean and smart. Bed was comfy and was nice to relax. Nice little touch with Netflix on the TV, was able to watch what we wanted not boring TV channels. Thank you!

Perfect and great value for money

The location, very clean and had free wifi , ironing facilities , tea making facilities and a hairdryer all in the room

10 minutes drive from Chatham docks, close to local supermarket, you can order food to the hotel and they have fridge and microwave. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best

Very tidy and large sized rooms. It was also very quiet and peaceful as a hotel. Overall great value for money. Will book again.

Comfortable but noisy

The location was easy to be near my daughter, reasonably priced.

Too many people in and out, very noisy, didn’t provide an extra towel when I asked and the tv remote didn’t work and they wouldn’t give me another one.
