The staff were very friendly, especially the young lady on reception and the man attending to breakfast. The standard of cleaniness was very high throughout the hotel. My room was well stocked with provisions such as tea, coffee, towels and toiletries etc., and was very clean.
A double-bed in a single-room meant that the floor space was restricted, but it was manageable, and overall I was happy with the room. There is no lift in the hotel which meant having to walk up four flights of stairs.

the staff were attentive and courteous, fixed things like plugs straight away, the hotel and room were gleaming clean and the location was handy for the town. The room was absolutely fine and comfortable.

It was new and clean and nice big tv
Couldn’t work out shower so had a cold one
Right next to tail line last train 1240 first 427 so ruined my day sooo tired
Bed was hard
I have a few bites they are not gnat bites tiny pin prick ones like bed bites
Cup for tea nd coffee way too small
