Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata penalizzata soprattutto dai continui problemi con la porta dell’appartamento. Le chiavi non funzionavano correttamente e al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa un’ora prima che arrivasse qualcuno ad aiutarci. Nel frattempo, tramite l’app, ci invitavano a mandare email a diversi contatti invece di risolvere concretamente il problema.
La situazione si è ripetuta ogni volta che uscivamo e dovevamo rientrare: aprire la porta era un vero calvario.
Un inconveniente può capitare, ma un problema di accesso così frequente e un’assistenza del genere sono, a nostro avviso, inaccettabili e hanno compromesso il soggiorno.

Bucătăria este bine echipată și se poate pregăti lejer câte ceca pentru micul dejun. In plus, priveliștea este grozavă ..!
Chiar la ieșirea din imobil este un punct in care pot fi lăsate bagajele după predarea apartamentului.

L’emplacement, la propreté, la taille de l’appartement, la literie
La réception des clés, la communication avec l’hôte. Il manque un torchon, des capsules café, huile, vinaigre.
Nous avons dû attendre 1 heure en face de l’appartement pour récupérer les clés alors que nous avions échangé par sms sur le changement de l’horaire d’arrivée et que nous avions l’accord de l’hôte. Plus personne ne répondait à nos appels ou messages et quand l’hôte est arrivé, après que nous ayons contacté Booking, il s’est à peine excusé. Il n’y a pas de réception à l’endroit indiqué pour récupérer les clés.
