Clean and spacious
The elevator was not working and we were at the 4th floor we are aged between 58 to 64.

Great appartement, we'll equipped, grate locating.
Two things were very annoying and need to be fixed ASAP actually.
First, the apartment door could not really be locked. If you close it (no locking possible as it does not have a key and is opened via electronic code) you could always open it with out the code by a simple littel push. Hence, we always felt a bit unsafe and never left anything valuable in the flat.
Second, the elevator was broken (seems like long time already). Means, you need to get 4 high floors up before reaching the apartment. Hardly possible for elderly, or bringing up larger luggage. The broken elevator should be mentioned in the description of the apartment!

Convenient location .
Weird loud noises coming from aircon and am the skylight in 2 rooms . One of that room was too warm as it has no ac . Unable to sleep with noises and lack of aircon in one. So effectively we rented a 1 bedroom instead of a 3 br apt . Sent the management videos and awaiting their resolution . If those issues were fixed it would have been a pleasant stay
