This is a big house with really great pool which was our favorite place during the whole stay . :) The kitchen is equipped with everything needed, the outdoor area is great, the bathrooms are ok and the location is 15 min from Palma. I want to specially thank the agency for allowing us to check-out at 15pm because our flight was late in the evening. We had a nice stay and the house was our perfect base to explore the island. :)
The furniture in the rooms needs to be changed and mosquito nets should be installed on the windows in the kitchen and upper bedrooms, but the main problem for us was that on the 1st floor there were no air conditioners. And another thing - after we paid for the house, we received a contract/house rules with a lot of conditions to sign and we did sign it, but during the check in we were surprised to find out that we were supposed to throw out our garbage only between 8 am -10am at some garbage point which was 2 km away from the house and this was not mentioned in the contract...In my opinion, this document should be sent to the guests either before the payment or with possibility of cancelation if one of the parties does not agree with the conditions. Also the agency should think about something important and this is my main recommendation - when you expect late check-in (which is paid extra) it is more than normal to provide at least water for the guests. We arrived around midnight and after check in we had to drive back to Palma to buy water. :(

Sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Empfang. Vom Flughafen aus nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Anwesen mit Pool ist wunderschön, grosszügig ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Very big and spacious. Plenty of room for a large family. Lots of seating for everyone together. Lovely big kitchen to cook in. Washing machine, dishwasher easy to use. Lovely shower, very powerful. 3 toilets. The outside space was beautiful and the private pool was great. Lots of space around the pool for older children and teenagers to play and hang out. Plenty of room for cars. Super easy to find with Google maps. Very close to the airport and center. Rooms were cool, even the ones without air con. Fans provided.
The villa had all essential amenities however everything was a little bit dated, Wi-Fi didn’t reach in bedrooms, TV only had Spanish channels but was old so couldn’t connect our own devices to stream Netflix etc for the kids.
Swimming pool was extremely deep and not suitable for non/weak swimmers. My 4 year had to be held the whole time. Also no hand rails to assist anyone with mobility issues in and out of the water, my 70 year old mother struggled to get in and out and needed support to do so.
The stairs are very steep and have gaps, again 4 year old and 70 year old could not climb stairs alone. Air con is only in upstairs rooms which would have been fine if everyone could climb the stairs safely.

La ubicación
La agencia y las condiciones poco claras del contrato. Te dan un consumo limitado de luz y luego te lo cobran la fianza te la piden en efectivo para luego no devolverla…. Ya que no te lo entregan al entregar la casa. Los baños estaban con fuga de agua y un aire acondicionado no funcionaba en las habitaciones y la piscina estaba sin aspirar. Mobiliario antiguo que tuvimos un incidente con una silla antigua que estaba en mal estado y nos cobraron 200€ por la reparación.
