The location is near trails. I really loved that sauna and spa zone were included in the price. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly.
The building is next to the loud and busy street with intensive traffic. The facilities could be a bit nicer, but that is completely my problem

I had a wonderful time at this hotel in Zakopane. The atmosphere is cozy and homey, making it the perfect place to relax. A huge thank you to the staff, who were incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay.

The place was clean, heater working well. Easy to access.
No open kitchen, no even microwave to use. In last moment I asked receptionist for few bags of tea. Double room is not possible to connect beds if you are couple.
