+ accommodation was fully equipped.
+ everything you need for a comfortable stay can be found nearby (grocery store in the same building, DM, restaurants etc).
- could be cleaner.
- there is a mess with access codes. And based on reviews looks like it happened not only with me. The front door code was changed in the middle of the day and it was not updated in my reservation. I was lucky that I was the only one from our company who was trapped outside and I was able to enter the building with their help, but in case someone travels alone looks like it can happen that someone will be staying outside at night not knowing how to enter the building, especially because of the next point.
- not clear communication: was not possible to resolve code problems via phone. „Please write down our WhatsApp number”. Why number to call and number to communicate via chat are different numbers? Why your WhatsApp number was hidden? I was able to get it only via chat bot and only after a couple of senseless attempts to write the issue into it. Will the person with luggage at night will be able to write down the number? I don’t think so. Please solve this issues, looks like it’s a common case
