Location and spacious rooms.
Unfortunately downgrade in terms of a new owner of the Hotel, especially the breakfast was super sad, cold eggs, no bacon no sausages, this is not the way how to treat your customers….

The size of the room and the view to the old town square were welcoming.
Location is a walking distance to all the major attractions. Also - great restaurants around the square and beyond. Nice common Living room / Library near the lobby to relax and have a hot cup of tea. We did not have breakfast in the hotel during our stay so I cannot comment on it.
Although the room and bathroom were kept very clean, the carpet was stained in high traffic areas and could benefit from a deep cleaning.

Exceptional location, large room, clean and modern
Bed was not as comfortable as expected

Location and breakfast
Reception staff didn’t check which rooms were to be allocated to which couple and gave the higher priced room to the wrong couple which was bizarre as I was the person who had paid for both rooms. After raising this with the staff they failed to apologize and took no responsibility for the mistake.
