Linsy has been amazing with me making sure my check in and check out was as smooth as possible. The room was very clean and cosy with a lovely en suite and a large wardrobe. There was also a hair dryer and an iron in place in the room. Communal kitchen area lovely and clean also. Easy bus transport from the train station to the property and quite safe area to live.

Car parking was a little way from location but owner found me a visitor space easily and helped me with my bags

I just needed somewhere to sleep for one night after a meeting in Derby and moving on to Milton Keynes the next day, and it was ideal. Very quiet, comfortable and everything as advertised. I didn’t need an iron and an ironing board but I was impressed that there was one!
The front garden was scruffy.
I wasn’t exactly welcomed by the other tenants, but this didn’t matter as I didn’t need to use the shared kitchen and lounge.
