We had a wonderful stay at Park Central Miami. Our room the first night was a little below our expectations, but Abril at the front desk completely turned our experience around. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of the next day.
A very special thank you to Abril for making our stay so memorable. Her kindness and amazing service truly made all the difference! She definitely deserves a raise or at least a well-earned bonus! ❤️

The pools and the staff were great, also the room I eventuly got was superb in terms of quality and views from the room.
I paid for a decent room, since I was staying there for a few days on business before my friends arrived in Miami. I arrived late and the room was nothing as descbribed, I complained at reception the next morning (never normally do) and was given the appropriate room I booked. Also there was no wi-fi in the hotel which is surprising in this day and age and disapointing on a business trip when needing to send emails. Also the breakfast was purely a continental option and anything else was chargeable, not a big issue but the uncooked breakfast took over an hour one day so I had to sack it off. Overall the hotel had many positives, but it just lets iteslf down in a few areas, the staff overall were great and friendly so can only assume it's a mangement issue.
