The hotel was much smarter than I was expecting. The reception staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. The location is first class though I expect it could be noisy in the peak times.

Loved this place - really fun decor, super staff especially Gabriela and Wendell and the lovely Cuban gentleman at the bar as well as the very friendly housekeeping staff. Breakfast is good - choice of 3 complimentary options and a huge menu if those don’t suit. The outdoor gym across the road is fab too, lots of equipment. Beach towels can be changed regularly. Overall one of the best hotels all holiday.
Very strange smell in the lobby area

We booked this room for our friends and they enjoyed it as much as we did. Spacious rooms with everything needed. Beach chairs are included when you go to the beach, so are beach towels. Food int he restaurant was good, so were the drinks. everything is clean and well maintained. Staff was so nice and helpful. We felt so welcome. Big shoutout to Wendell from reception. He was amazing!
Mattresses are a bit hard but that is very subjective.

Location!!! Very nice close to the beach and the art deco buildings.
You are a guest in a restaurant hotel and there are many rules. For example you are not allowed to drink the welcome drinks in the reception/bar area (not on the terrace). You have no entrance during the day to the roof terrace (which is a beautiful spot). It took the staff at reception so much time that we never found out if a late check out was possible!
