Lovely looking hotel in an excellent location to explore south beach and the art deco district. They provide beach towels and fold up chairs which was nice.
The sea facing king room was spacious which a nice view.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, the breakfast was included had a limited choice although it was very tasty. If you want any coffee other than regular coffee you have to pay extra for, this includes other types of milk.
The restaurant staff were not very enthusiastic to serve compared to all the other hotel restaurants along the beach.

It was perfect close to the beach and plenty to do in the area, we took the bikes what are free and had a lovely bike ride to the harbour. The staff were fantastic would highly recommend.

It’s very close to the Public parking and beach.
The windows could not be opened, the room doesn’t smell good.
