There was no breakfast. The location was close to the ocean Drive which is where we wanted to be.

The room was really small. The air conditioner was super loud. The room had a stale smell to it.

I loved the suite thought it was Sis ious clean and best location ever.

The room was cute for a couple, very quaint, upbeat, and intimate. I don't know if it was free streaming service like Netflix and hulu or if someone didn't delete their account. Free drinks at happy hour. Awesome spot there on the beach.

The room had no working phone, a weak spot in the floor by the bathroom in 510, and smelled like mildew. I didn't like how the room service couldn't be called and had to walk to the counter over something so small

the property has good location and the room with the jacuzzi is the best but the room need a microwave for the fact that you have to put down a $100 per night deposit and it takes 15 days to get your deposit back

I was expecting cockroaches and poor service but I only got one. I don’t understand Hotel policy about huge deposit amounts 100$ per night. Perhaps they run their business so that if it collapses in one day, they can keep their deposits from customers who have checked out already. Shower water was hot on my last morning after two days having a cold water. Cleaner took used hand towels and never got any clean ones, perhaps this is the reason they made an unknown 15$ charge from my credit card after I was already back home, who knows. Lobby stinks like a mix of mold and strong cleaning chemical, luckily room didnt’ stink that bad. Air condition in the room is something like 110 dBe so I was able to sleep when it was off. Rachel and Camilla asked me to give them a feedback in TripAdvisor. Well, they said me welcome when checking in and next time they even looked at me was when I was checking out, even I passed lobby desk at least 5 times per day. Hopefully I get my 15$ back, Master Card reclamation done.
