Fantastic location right in the heart of Miami Beach. Reception staff were excellent - early check in was a bonus for our elderly mother in law.
Rooms were tired and the bath shower was not ideal. Could do with an upgrade - pretty grimy.

The location was amazing. The stay was no-nonsense and problem free. The Style of the hotel is fantastic, beautiful art deco and on the strip.
It would be nice to have an option to include breakfast in the price.

No elevators functioning and had to walk up stairs and down with luggage.

The location was the best part.
The night life was an issue getting to the hotel. That was never communicated. The strip was closed and it was a party fest all night on the strip. After getting there and getting up to our room we found that the bathroom ceiling was dripping water and had covered the entire floor and most of the bathroom. The hotel had someone up right away and decided to move us to a different room. The location was the only real factor for us staying there because we were going on a cruise out of the port of Miami. If you love South Beach and Ocean Blvd then this is your place to stay. It was just not for us. I would stay there again if I had to but otherwise we would not.
