Location is amazing
Room is clean and most of facilities are there
Weak response to fix things
Bedroom TV was not working from the first day and when I asked the receptionist to send someone to fix it she told me by the end of the day that they tried but couldn't do it
We stayed without TV for 4 days
Also the elevator was out of service from day 2 till we left on day 5

We loved the location and decorations. We had a big room. We couldn't do early check in but they saved our luggage. Not much noise from outside. Always found someone in front desk.
Our room was okay but it feels a little old. The red decorations pillow in the bed was smelling so bad. Staff were just ok, nothing remarkable. Toilet doesn't flush properly.

The location was great! Easy walk to the beach.
Elevator wasn’t working. No coffee bar even though they had a coffee bar. Could be cleaner. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Very loud from the music and construction outside.
