Băile Puturoasa is a very interesting place to stop and relax while travelling through Romania. The property is located in the middle of the forest, away from towns and busy roads, which makes it incredibly peaceful and quiet.
Even the drive through the forest is part of the experience and gives the place a very special atmosphere. It is worth paying attention to the local signs from Vama as well, as GPS navigation may not always suggest the best route.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is tasty. The sulphur-water baths are an additional attraction and give this place its unique character.
A great stop during a motorcycle trip — a perfect place to relax and recharge before another day on the road. If you enjoy nature, peace and places away from the crowds, it is definitely worth staying here.

Pyszne jedzenie. Wszystko świeże.
Zapach. Wszędzie było czuć siarkę. Mają tam źródła leczniczych wód i to zrozumiałe ale ja nawet ten zapach w pokoju miałam, w którym nie było basenu. Za przebywanie przy baseniku zewnętrznym trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić. W cenie za pobyt nie jest to ujęte.

Vorhänge zu kurz um das Zimmer wirklich abzudunkeln. Haus sehr hellhörig, zum Glück waren nicht viele Gäste da...
Restaurant überteuert und alle Speisen müssen im voraus an der Rezeption bestellt werden, selbst der Dessert muss im voraus entschieden werden. Von den Weinen auf der Karte war nur ein Bruchteil da.
