The hotel is in a fab place, right outside the walls of the Tower and Cathedral/Baptista. It has old floors and beautiful furniture. We had a four poster bed with curtains which was lovely. Felt very secure with a code to enter and we were allowed to leave our things after we checked out in a safe place till we left later that day which was a kind gesture. Good aircon!!
The toilet/plumbing is quite noisy in the room but as an older building, this maybe cant be helped.

Location. Views. Small communal room and balcony. Great coffee machine. Great shower.
All four of us got bitten by bed bugs.
Rest of room etc clean. The mattress were not, unfortunately.
